I am a proactive and ambitious Construction Manager/ Quantity Surveyor with 9 years of experience in the different facets of the construction management industry. . I graduated from the university master’s degree in Construction Management and a first-class honors degree and practice in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management. I have worked for over 7 years as an associated lecturer at UON School of Engineering, completing modules with awards in civil engineering technology, construction law, construction technology, business management and economics, and construction measurement. I have been writing for the past 6 years and excelled in disciplines, such as construction research, landscaping works, report writing, evaluations, and construction programming using AutoCad, Revit, CATO, CAD Measure, Microsoft Project, and STACK. My strong points are the ability to distil complex problems into workable parts, and the tenacity to create solutions to those problems utilizing the resources and skills to ensure every client receives top quality work.
I am a hardworking academic writer who has always been delivering quality work, with punctuality and quality in mind making me "prolific". I therefore found myself over the years enjoying the writing of bibliographies, annotated bibliographies, essays, proposals, research projects(undergraduate, MBA'S, and PHD's), doing exams, working on research papers, admission essays, among others. I am flexible and can handle more than five assignments in less than 12 hours, carefully consulting with each client, administering reports on project stages, and timely adjusting any changes to work that needs to be there. I always aim to provide work that is succinct to originality, diction, and privy to academic prerequisites.
I, being a professor, have written and critiqued articles, proposals, statements of purpose, research projects, and journals from students all over the globe from various disciplines. This in a way, has enabled me to help students all over the world either graduate with a good grade or have impact skills in the job market.

At first I had my doubts because he was a new expert, however he deliver the work before time and done very well. He is a great writer and sticks to his word. He made sure that he was able to answer all the questions and then asked me to hire him. He kept in touch and updated me all the time and any questions I have he would answer me straight away.
